		<description>I guess a can of cola can give you some energy, I would say it&#039;s mostly the sugar doing it. For this reason I&#039;m going to say you should look at other sources of energy than cola. A cup of coffee or some tea have more caffeine (with none of the sugar, if you don&#039;t add any) and are much healthier choices than a can of cola.</description>
